DUTIES / CUSTOMS FEES
The Customer is responsible for ALL additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility.
-Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

-You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
-Shipping addresses cannot be changed if an order has been fufilled. We will do our best, but it the customer's responsibility to enter a correct address or get in contact with us before we fufill the order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
-Once an item has been delivered to the listed address, we no longer can claim it with the carrier as missing.
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please first check with delivery service for confirmation using the tracking #. We also suggest that you ask neighbors or others that may have access to the delivery location. We strongly recommend that ship to a location that is safe and can not be easily accessed by people.
-Once a package is updated as "Delivered" by the carrier service, we are unable to provide a replacement order.
-If you feel like your item has been stolen, please file a claim with USPS + file a police report. We will need these items to complete a free reshipment.
