Standard Shipping: 3-5 Biz Days - $8 USD

FREE Standard Shipping: 3-5 Biz Days - Order = $200+ USD

Express Shipping: 2 Biz Days - $30 USD (Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM PST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

NOTE: We can never 100% guarantee the delivery date for expedited shipping as the postal or delivery service controls the final outcome. We always suggested getting the delivery to arrive sooner than the "last day". - Yuel

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

 Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

DELIVERED - BUT MISSING

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please first check with the delivery service for confirmation using the tracking # - USPS and UPS uses GPS scan delivery - so they know exactly where their driver was upon scanned delivery. Next check cameras near door or your building/house. If you are still unable to find the delivered, but missing package, please contact your local police station to report a stolen package - this may be required to get access to building cameras. We strongly recommend that you ship to a location that is safe and can not be easily accessed by people. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RESHIPMENT IF AN ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. Unfortunatley, the rise in Mail Theives has created an issue for deliveries and we can't afford to reship items that have been delivered, but end up missing or taken. No Exceptions.
